The company did exactly what they promised. They were given 4 stars because communications could have been better about the delay in closing. The delay was 1 week and was understandable. Would have given 4.5 stars but could not figure out how. Would use them again and I do recommend them.

I was in my home for almost 30 years and deciding to sell my home was a very important and serious decision. However, I highly recommend this company. They were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure that I stayed informed. I was in a difficult situation and I can say that I was treated as if I was a friend instead of a stranger. There are alot of companies that take advantage but this company is completely honest, professional, accessable, knowledgeable and most of all polite. They were even able to get me more for my home than what they originally quoted me when I agreed to use this company. I had contacted and received offers from multiple companies of this type and I am thankful I chose this one.

It is tough to find someone who does what they say they are going to do. I was very skeptical at first, but after speaking to Rashid and his team, I decided to give them a shot. Needless to say, Rashid made us a fair offer and was able to close on our timeline and working with our tenants. We first set the closing a month after and quickly realized we needed to close sooner.
